Hasbro's Rudr R4 reached western shelves in a dual pack with Geist Fafnir F4, built as a Balance Type Layer for the SlingShock System. Five blades ring the piece, each stamped with an arrow motif, and a carved face at the centre stands in for Rudra, a Rigvedic hunting deity whose signature weapon is the bow and arrow that names the design.
In Play
It offers a measure of knock-out defence, but the shape falls short of the aggression needed for attacking play and lacks the roundness that would suit a stamina role.
