In Play
Competitive players run it across three roles: with a Variable or Xtreme Driver in knock-out attack combinations where its shape's power combines with high speed to both burst and knock out opponents; with Accel or Zephyr in mixed attack setups that trade some of that speed for easier control and more stamina-driven hits; and with Survive, Press, Defense or Needle in stationary attack setups, where it bursts opponents about as consistently as the faster variants while risking self-knockout less often. Hasbro's softer plastic leaves it with lower stamina than Takara Tomy's Ragnaruk, but its steeper slopes make it far less likely to burst in return, and it built a reputation as a widely available, top-tier attacking choice until Legend Spryzen S3 and the SwitchStrike/God Layer System overtook it; the community still calls it a worthwhile pickup rather than an essential one.
- Released in western markets by Hasbro with the Roktavor and Nepstrius Dual Pack.
The Competitive View
Its aggressive two-point shape gives moderate Burst Attack, but weak teeth mean it self-bursts too often for serious competitive use; the combo Roktavor Armed Revolve pairs it with the Armed disc's burst-resistance to inconsistently take down stationary opponents with poor Burst Defense, such as Doomscizor Heavy Revolve.
Verdict as the draft gives it: Outclassed by Valtyrek and considered impractical for competitive play due to frequent self-bursting, though usable in niche attack matchups.
