About This Part
Nova Nepstrius N2 is Hasbro's Balance Type Layer for the Burst System's Dual Layer line, launched in western markets through the Nova Nepstrius N2 Vertical Zephyr Starter Pack. Its round, six-bladed shape follows Takara Tomy's Nova Neptune closely, though the large sloped blades are moulded in coloured plastic rather than clear, adding a touch of extra weight.
In Play
Those slopes hold up better than Nova Neptune's comparatively weak teeth, which the community rates as an edge over that Takara Tomy counterpart even with the Stamina lost to softer plastic; it remains too light for the current Standard metagame but has a place in Burst Classic play.
- Debuted in western countries in the Nova Nepstrius N2 Vertical Zephyr Starter Pack.
