Kinetic Satomb S3 is Hasbro's rendition of the roller-gimmick defensive Layer, made for the Burst System and the SwitchStrike System and first sold bundled in the Star Storm Battle Set. It carries over Takara Tomy's Kreis Satan mould and rolling mechanism without visual change.
In Play
Weak slopes leave the mechanism's inherent recoil unchecked, so the Layer Bursts easily, and it inherits its source's thin stamina on top of that; the community places it below Layers such as Berserk Roktavor R3 and Drain Fafnir F3, treating it as a collection piece rather than a tournament pick.
