About This Part
Takara Tomy revived Gravity Perseus for the Burst System, debuting in Japan on December 30th, 2020 as part of the B-00 Metal Fight Beyblade 2020 Baku Set. It adapts the original Metal Series Hybrid Wheel System trio - the Perseus Face, Perseus Clear Wheel and Gravity Metal Wheel - into a single dual-spin Layer split into a Clear Wheel and a Metal Wheel, keeping the three helmet-shaped protrusions of the source parts.
In Play
Like its Hybrid Wheel System original, it keeps a mode-change gimmick, sliding the Clear Wheel around the Metal Wheel to switch between Counter Mode and Defense Mode and cover or reveal the "eyes" underneath; the rebuilt version runs noticeably wider than the original, with a plastic Metal Wheel rimmed in metal along its edge. Its burst resistance sits at an average level, so the community typically pairs it with a Dash Driver.
- Debuted in Japan on December 30th, 2020 in the B-00 Metal Fight Beyblade 2020 Baku Set as Gravity Perseus 00Bump Yielding.
