Hasbro brought Genesis Valtryek V3 to western shelves within the Burst System's SwitchStrike System, launching it alongside the Star Storm Battle Set. As an Attack Type Layer it mirrors Takara Tomy's God Valkyrie almost piece for piece, sharing the three-winged silhouette and spring-loaded Bound Attack gimmick, though its non-removable God Chip means it can never take the Strike God Chip upgrade.

The World Beyblade Organization rules Genesis Valtryek V3 identical to God Valkyrie, Strike God Valkyrie and Strike Valtryek V3 for deck-building purposes, so only one of those four Layers may appear in a given 3-on-3 or Deck Battle lineup. Later releases such as Legend Spryzen S3 left it behind competitively, and the community now treats it as a piece for a collection rather than a tournament deck.
