In Play

Strong slopes on top of that shared shape once made Evipero a top Defense-Combination Layer with excellent Stamina - notably in Evipero Knuckle/Heavy/Gravity Revolve/Press/Needle, where Knuckle bolsters Burst Resistance and Stamina, Heavy or Gravity add Knock-Out Resistance and Stamina, and Press or Needle's tabs and spring push Knock-Out and Burst Resistance higher still - but its rougher build was eventually outclassed by Unicrest, and the SwitchStrike and God Layer systems have left it too light for current competition.

The Competitive View

The deflecting blade angles and four medium teeth give Evipero solid burst resistance for a defensive layer.

Verdict as the draft gives it: A strong defensive layer, though still outclassed by more common options such as Nepstrius and Wyvron; a welcome collection addition.
