About This Part
Dragoon Victory debuted in Japan on December 26th, 2019, as Takara Tomy's Burst System entry in the B-156 Random Booster Vol. 18. The layer reworks the Dragoon Bit Chip and Eight Attacker Attack Ring from the Dragoon V Beyblade of the Magnacore System, carrying eight evenly spaced protrusions around its rim and a fixed metal chip showing the Dragoon bit-beast at its centre.
In Play
Competitive players consider Dragoon Victory outclassed once the Cho-Z Layer System and later releases arrived, so the community does not recommend it for the WBO's Burst Standard or Limited formats, and it carries no legal status in Burst Classic.
