Berserk Roktavor R3 is Hasbro's SwitchStrike System version of Takara Tomy's Blaze Ragnaruk, launched in western markets in the SwitchStrike Starter Pack Berserk Roktavor R3 4Cross Flugel. It keeps its counterpart's round shape and strong burst resistance largely intact.
In Play
As an early SwitchStrike release, though, it lacks the weight advantage that later Hasbro Layers such as Unicrest carry, and it was later overtaken by Drain Fafnir F3 and Maximus Garuda G3; today it is recommended only as a piece for a collection.

The Competitive View
The Stamina Wings are too small to shift enough weight to matter, but the layer's overall round, compact shape still yields low recoil and high Outward Weight Distribution from its larger wings, giving it strong stamina and, thanks to its tall teeth, strong burst resistance as well.
Verdict as the draft gives it: A major upgrade over Roktavor and Roktavor R2 and a top-tier choice for stamina builds, without Doomscizor D2's breakage issues; every competitive blader should own this layer.
