About This Part
Alter Cognite C3 is a Layer that Hasbro brought to western shelves for the Burst System and the SwitchStrike System, first appearing inside the SwitchStrike Starter Pack Alter Cognite C3 6Meteor Trans. It carries over the shape and gimmick of Takara Tomy's Alter Chronos with little change.
In Play
Its burst resistance falls well short of the Takara Tomy original, and with minimal recoil and only average stamina it struggles to hold its own in attack, defence or stamina combinations; the community treats it as a piece for a collection rather than a tournament pick.
- Released by Hasbro as E1032 Alter Cognite C3 6Meteor Trans.
- Included in the E2457 Quad Ring Combat Pack alongside Alter Cognite C3 2 Hunter.
