About This Part
Air Knight K4 is Hasbro's version of Air Knight, released for the Burst System and SlingShock System and debuting in western countries inside the SlingShock Starter Pack, Air Knight K4 12Expand Eternal-S. It keeps the same wide, round stamina shape as its Takara Tomy counterpart but swaps the metal inner rim for plastic, trimming about 8 grams from the piece, and carries the same perimeter-linked blades meant to build Upper Force.
In Play
As with the Takara Tomy original, the Upper Force concept is meant to lift the top and cut floor friction for longer spin times, but in practice the blades create drag that slows it down, an issue that grows worse the harder it is launched.
