About This Part

Three main blades separated by small ridges make up Hasbro's 3, a Gravity Ring for the Burst System's QuadDrive System that debuted west in the QuadDrive Starter Pack Vanish Fafnir F7 Tapered-Q Xtend+-Q+Kick-3. The shape follows Takara Tomy's 3 Armor, though the plastic casting cuts its weight from roughly 13.2 grams down to about 1.5 grams; the three-sided design is meant to pair with three-sided Blades, but the community judges the performance gap against other Gravity Rings as negligible.

In Play

QuadDrive System Layers fall behind Takara Tomy's Cho-Z Layer System releases in the community's view, making 3 a collection piece in Standard and Limited play; it has no legality in Burst Classic.

  • Brought to western markets by Hasbro in the QuadDrive Starter Pack Vanish Fafnir F7 Tapered-Q Xtend+-Q+Kick-3.
  • Its weight was reduced from about 13.2 grams in the metal 3 Armor to roughly 1.5 grams in the plastic Gravity Ring.
