About This Part
S Gear is an Evolution Gear that Takara Tomy released for both the Burst System and the Dynamite Battle Layer System, first appearing in Japan with the B-188 Astral Spriggan Customize Set on August 7th, 2021. It attaches to a Forge Disc the way a Core Frame attaches to a Disc Frame, and it works with the Nexus and Nexus-Q Forge Discs as well as the Almight Disc-Integrated Driver. Taking its design cues from the Spriggan line, the piece flips over to change what it does: mounted face up, four tabs lock into four grooves and hold it rigid for better Attack, while face down it spins freely for better Stamina.
