About This Part
This right-spin Drive Chip for the QuadDrive System comes from Hasbro, which launched Regnar R7 in western markets with the QuadDrive Starter Pack built around Glory Regnar R7. The chip's face depicts Raphael, an archangel drawn from Abrahamic religious tradition. It carries an average weight for its part class but low resistance to Bursting.
In Play
Its weak Burst resistance leaves Regnar R7 without any edge over other right-spin Drive Chips, and QuadDrive Layers generally trail well behind Takara Tomy's Cho-Z Layer System and later lines, so the community treats it as a collector's piece; it is not legal in the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
- Released by Hasbro for the Burst System and QuadDrive System.
- Debuted in western markets with the QuadDrive Starter Pack built around Glory Regnar R7.
