About This Part
Fafnir F7 is a Drive Chip Hasbro released for the Burst System's QuadDrive line, debuting in western markets with the QuadDrive Starter Pack carrying Vanish Fafnir F7 Tapered-Q Xtend+-Q+Kick-3. Its dragon design takes its name from Fafnir, son of the dwarf king Hreidmar in Norse legend, and it spins left with a below-average weight for a Drive Chip and below-average Burst Resistance.
In Play
Although the community regards it as the tightest left-spin Drive Chip, QuadDrive Layers' light weight and modest Burst Resistance leave the line without an edge over alternatives from other systems; it is still worth fitting to a left-spin Blade, and it is not legal under the WBO's Burst Classic Format.
- Debuted in western countries with the QuadDrive Starter Pack, Vanish Fafnir F7 Tapered-Q Xtend+-Q+Kick-3.
