It pairs a metal core with a saw-blade-shaped plastic piece carrying 16 protrusions meant to free-spin and deflect an opponent's hits on contact. Such contact rarely happens in practice, so the plastic mostly just scrapes the stadium floor and cuts stamina, and Hurricane's light weight and inward weight spread leave it behind rivals like Ratchet and Sting from the same system.
