13 is a Takara Tomy Disc that debuted in Japan on April 28th, 2018 inside the B-110 Starter, Bloody Longinus 13 Jolt, and reached the west through Hasbro's SlingShock Starter Pack, Brutal Lúinor L4 10 Jolt-S. Like most odd-numbered Core Discs it is asymmetrical and elliptical, with four protrusions per side molded into a "13" shape, and one side carries extra molding lines too shallow to create any real imbalance. Its jagged design suggests frequent Disc-to-Layer contact, but since most Burst Performance Tips sit at similar heights that contact is rare in practice, and 13 ranks among the lightest Core Discs, lighter even than 6, which limits its attack, defence and stamina output even though the heavier Layers of the SwitchStrike/God Layer and Cho-Z Layer Systems make its potential burst resistance moot.
