About This Part
00 is a Takara Tomy Disc that debuted in Japan on December 27th, 2018 inside the B-129 Starter, Cho-Z Achilles 00 Dimension, and later reached the west through Hasbro's SlingShock Starter Pack, Turbo Achilles A4 00 Dimension-S. It is a symmetrical, elliptical piece that can carry a Disc Frame, and it outweighs 0 by a single gram, making it the heaviest Core Disc released. Its outward weight distribution gives it the strongest stamina potential of any Core Disc while the mass itself supports attack and defence, so with a Frame fitted it performs well in nearly any build.
In Play
The community treated it as the strongest all-round Core Disc for close to two years, and it still earns a place in the WBO's Burst GT format when paired with a Frame and ranks as a must-have in the Burst Limited format alongside 0, 7 and 10, but the arrival of Superking-era Discs such as Wheel and Over pushed it out of the standard Burst format, and it holds no legality in Burst Classic.
- Released in Japan on December 27th, 2018 in the B-129 Starter, Cho-Z Achilles 00 Dimension.
- Released in western countries by Hasbro as part of the SlingShock Starter Pack, Turbo Achilles A4 00 Dimension-S.
