About This Part
Valkyrie 2, again shortened to Valkyrie, is a Takara Tomy DB Core showing a side-on armoured face with the line's stylized V, drawn from the Victory Valkyrie Dual Layer and again representing Norse mythology's valkyries. Its centre design echoes the Strike God Chip from the Strike God Valkyrie God Layer, and the B-193 and B-205 releases add Valt Aoi's red cheek mark, first used on the Valkyrie Superking Chip. It is the second of two Valkyrie DB Cores, debuted in Japan on December 11th, 2021 with the B-193 Booster Ultimate Valkyrie Legacy Variable'-9, and carries an above-average level of burst resistance, though other right-spin DB Cores such as Kerbeus and Dragon each edge past it in one respect.
In Play
The community treats its output as acceptable but not standout, so it is not recommended for the WBO's Burst format and holds no legality in GT, Limited or Classic.
