About This Part
Achilles is a dual-spin DB Core from Takara Tomy carrying an armoured face and shield, following the look set by the earlier Achilles Gatinko Chip and Z Achilles Layer, and named for the Greek hero. It carries no mechanical gimmick, relying instead on strong stamina in either spin direction, and its spin can be flipped between right and left using an included tool.
In Play
The community treats Achilles as a must-have for stamina builds in the WBO's Burst format, since it posts the strongest stamina of any left-spin or dual-spin DB Core; it is barred from the GT, Limited, and Classic formats.
