About This Part

Divine is Takara Tomy's right-spin Attack Type BU Blade for the Burst System and the Burst Ultimate Layer Series, also carrying a Dynamite Battle Layer System tag, launched in Japan on April 23rd, 2022, through the B-197 Booster, Divine Belial Nexus Adventure-3. It has a three-sided shape with three short wings serving as its main striking surfaces, each carrying built-in metal meant to add hitting weight, and it accepts any right-spin or dual-spin DB Core. It continues its line's compatibility with the F Gear and L Gear Evolution Gears, and stands alone in that family by also fitting the A Gear and H Gear, though F and A share a mounting point so only one runs at once, as do L and H.

In Play

Despite the added metal, its short wings barely reach far enough to make solid contact, and it actually weighs about half a gram less than its predecessor Dangerous; the F Gear's rubber sits too low to close the gaps as it does on Dynamite or Devil, making the A Gear the stronger pick here even though its "6 Blade Mode" still fails to align at the right height. The A Gear's "3 Blade Mode" helps its attack numbers somewhat, but Divine still trails sharper right-spin Attack Blades such as Ultimate, and the community rates it behind its own predecessors Dynamite and Devil for Stamina use; it is not recommended for the WBO's Burst format and is not legal in Burst GT, Burst Limited or Burst Classic.
