About This Part
Magma, one of Hasbro's Blades for the Burst System and QuadDrive System, spins right and carries three downward-sloping blades as its main strike surface; it debuted west through the Cosmic Vector Battle Set. Like other QuadDrive Blades, it swaps between Apex and Core Modes when the Gravity Ring moves above or below the piece.
In Play
Although its shape suits Attack builds, the community considers Magma weak competitively: QuadDrive Blades are light and their Drive Chips resist Bursts poorly, so Magma gets outclassed by Layers offering better shapes and stronger Burst resistance.
- Released by Hasbro in the west through the Cosmic Vector Battle Set.
