About This Part

On September 11th, 2021, Takara Tomy put Guilty into Japan's lineup as the B-189 Booster, Guilty Longinus Karma Metal Destroy-2, a left-spin Attack Type Blade built for the Dynamite Battle Layer System. Its two small and two large blades are nearly the same shape as its predecessor, the Zwei Base, only larger, and their aggressive, upward-sloping design produces strong Smash Attack alongside Upper Attack. Six of the signature metal dragon heads from the Longinus line sit on the part, four on top and two beneath, giving it a heavy 17-gram weight that makes it the heaviest Blade in the Dynamite Battle Layer System, and the added inertia boosts its Knockout and Burst Attack potential.

In Play

Its weight calls for Attack Type Drivers with rubber flat tips for extra speed, and its aggressive shape brings noticeable recoil, so competitive players favour Drivers like Xtreme' and Quick' for their controllable movement, or in wide stadiums such as the Beystadium DB Standard Type, Stamina- and Life-After-Death-oriented Drivers such as Metal Universe or Zone'+Z, since landing an Attack-style knockout there is harder. It has remained a staple of the metagame since release and the community rates it the strongest left-spin Attack Type Layer in the game, commonly paired with the Longinus DB Core, the Xtreme' or Quick' Driver and the Fortress DB Disc; it is a recommended must-have for the WBO's Burst format, though not legal in Burst GT, Burst Limited or Burst Classic.
