About This Part
Heaven is a Takara Tomy Base spinning right, built for the Gatinko Layer System and later carried into the Pro Series System. It first sold in Japan on August 10th, 2019, inside a booster as Heaven Pegasus 10Proof Low Sen, then crossed into western markets in Hasbro's Pro Series Starter Pack rebranded as Harmony Pegasus 10Expand Revolve Sen. Its four counterclockwise blades leave only two gaps between them, the reverse layout of Dread's four gaps, and it runs a damage-recovery gimmick: a sliding sub-layer releases two yellow wing pieces with each hit, and when an opponent strikes the fully extended wings they snap back and reset the locking mechanism.
