About This Part
Ace is an Attack Type Base made by Takara Tomy for the Burst System and the Gatinko Layer System, first sold in Japan through the B-133 DX Starter, Ace Dragon Sting Charge Zan, on March 16th, 2019, and later brought to western shelves via Hasbro's Pro Series Starter Pack, Ace Dragon Drake-P Reboot Zan. It exists in two forms: the shape used in almost every release, and a second form found only in the Random Booster Vol. 22 release, Ace Dragon Wheel Rise Gen, which adds a Burst Lock — raised protrusions that hold the Forge Disc steady and resist bursting. Hasbro's Pro Series edition matches Takara Tomy's shape closely but is moulded from less durable plastic.
