About This Part
Still is a Stamina Type Armor Tip Hasbro released for the Burst System, compatible with both the QuadDrive and QuadStrike systems; it debuted in western countries in the Thunder Edge Battle Set. It has a sharp tip on a cylinder ringed by an outer collar, and attaches to a QuadDrive Driver via two points, becoming the stadium contact point in "Plus Mode".
In Play
The sharp tip gives low floor friction and high Stamina but poor Knock-Out Resistance; the outer ring is too narrow to actually touch the stadium floor even though it is smooth enough in theory to help Life-After-Death, and the long thin cylinder makes Still prone to destabilising. It works best for Stamina against Same-Spin opponents but is outclassed overall by the wider, more stable Kick Armor Tip. The community holds that it is not recommended for the WBO's Burst, Burst GT, Burst Limited or Burst Classic formats, outclassed by heavier Takara Tomy or Gatinko Layers in Burst and Burst GT and by Kick's Same-Spin Stamina performance in Limited and Classic.
