About This Part
Rise is an Armor Tip Hasbro built from the Rise Driver for the Burst System's QuadDrive line; it debuted in western countries in the Katana Muramasa M7 and Vanish Cobra C7 Dual Pack. Fitted to a QuadDrive Driver it becomes the "Plus Mode" contact point at roughly SpeedStorm Driver height; it keeps the Rise Driver's sharp tip and surrounding plate but drops the driver's downward-facing plate, letting the sharp tip protrude further.
In Play
It is rated not recommended in the Burst, Burst GT and Burst Limited formats and is not legal in Burst Classic. It is confined to Hasbro's outclassed Layers in Burst and Burst GT, where Bearing offers better Stamina Type options, and once its gimmick is gone it loses to other Stamina Type drivers in Limited.
