About This Part
Jaggy is a Balance Type Armor Tip Hasbro built for the QuadStrike System, adapted from the Attack Type Jaggy Driver; it debuted in the QuadStrike Starter Pack, Bolt Spryzen S8 Xanthus-Q Quattro-Q+Jaggy-1. Fitted to a QuadDrive Performance Tip, it becomes the stadium contact point in "Plus Mode" at roughly SpeedStorm Performance Tip height.
In Play
- Debuted in western countries in the QuadStrike Starter Pack, Bolt Spryzen S8 Xanthus-Q Quattro-Q+Jaggy-1.
- F6811 release: Bolt Spryzen S8 Xanthus-Q Quattro-Q+Jaggy-1.
- As a QuadStrike Armor Tip it does not keep the Jaggy Driver's shape, instead using a wide form similar to a HyperSphere Performance Tip so it interacts properly with a QuadStrike System Beystadium.
The Competitive View
Jaggy circles the stadium like a flat tip but is harder to keep on a controlled banking pattern than top attack/stamina options, giving it little competitive niche versus Xtreme or Zephyr.
Verdict as the draft gives it: No real competitive use; recommended for collection purposes only.
- Debuted Doomscizer D2 Force Jaggy, April 29, 2016
- Releases: B-42 Dark Deathscyther Force Jaggy (translucent purple), B-61 Holy Horusood Vertical Jaggy and Obelisk Odin Upper Jaggy (Random Booster Vol. 4), B-62 Fang Fenrir Boost Jaggy (BeyStadium Dual Cyclone Set)
