7's lopsided blade count is meant to raise Attack but in practice lowers Stamina and can disrupt banking patterns, and since other Armors both suit specific Blades better and weigh more, 7 has no real niche; it is not recommended for the WBO's Burst format and is not legal in Burst GT, Burst Limited, or Burst Classic.

The Competitive View
7 lacks the Outward Weight Distribution of discs like 8 or 4 so it has less stamina, but its weight and balanced shape make it hit harder in attack builds such as Spryzen S3 7Meteor Xtreme, and it bursts less easily than 8 or 4 while trading some stamina for burst resistance in stamina builds like Garudas G3 7Flow/Meteor Atomic.
Verdict as the draft gives it: A must-buy disc overall; its only real drawbacks are lower stamina and Outward Weight Distribution compared with rivals.
