3 is considered outclassed by the later 9 Armor's similar shape and better Stamina, but still performs well and is a good stand-in when 9 is not on hand; it is a welcome but not essential Armor for the WBO's Burst format and is not legal in Burst GT, Burst Limited, or Burst Classic.
