Takara Tomy named its Face Bolt for Aquila, the constellation whose Latin name means eagle, stamped in black print on a red bolt; the matching translucent purple Energy Ring's paired wing shapes suit stamina-focused wheels like Earth. The 30.4-gram Storm Fusion Wheel carries three wing-like blades for smash attack, though it trails Lightning, Vulcan and Ray in that department and is generally seen as a step below its own successor, Spiral.

Community testing lists the Energy Ring around 2 Attack / 1 Defense / 4 Stamina, the Storm Wheel around 5/1/1, and the Hole Flat tip around 4/0/3, making the combo a stamina-leaning Attack build; the tall 145 Track adds wobble as the top's spin fades but is vulnerable to low attackers, so players generally save it for stamina match-ups rather than pitting it against Attack types.
