Description

Takara Tomy built Gryph Girago WA130HF as a Fire-attribute Attack Type top for the Synchrome System, pairing a Qilin-themed Girago Shogun Face Bolt with twin Gryph and Girago Warrior Wheels, a WA130 Spin Track and a Hole Flat Performance Tip. The Face Bolt casts the mythical Qilin mid-stride in gold against a ruby background, with flame detailing along its tail and neck. WA130's free-spinning wings can be flipped between an attack and a defence orientation, and the piece can even be dismantled and its wings fitted to other tracks to change their height.

In play and in the story

Competitive players value the WA130 track mainly for the extra height it lends an attack build rather than for the wings themselves, which drag on the stadium floor and bleed stamina; because the wings cannot make contact with lower opponents, many attackers favour tracks such as S130 instead.

The competitive view

Covers the Zero-G attack Beyblade Gryph Girago WA130HF (BBG-24, Fire+Thunder), pairing the qilin-themed Girago Chrome Wheel with the eagle-motif Gryph Chrome Wheel in a two-wheel Synchrom system, plus its Girago Stone Face.

Girago has near-perfect balance and low recoil, making it strong when Synchromed with itself for Anti-Attack (nullifying attackers while still able to KO stamina combos) and effective in E230 spin-draining destabilizer setups; Gryph is largely a compact substitute wheel, best on top of Pegasis (exposing Pegasis's sharper contact points) or paired with itself for Balance play.

Verdict as the draft gives it: MSF-L Girago Girago BD145RF is cited as a top Anti-Attack combo, and Girago Girago E230 [Boost] MB reportedly hit around 100% win rates against 85–195-height Stamina/Defense combos; Gryph combos are framed as solid substitutes rather than top-tier on their own.

  • Chrome Wheel 1: Girago - 31.8 grams, Full Width 47.58mm, Full Height 6.77mm
  • Chrome Wheel 2: Gryph - 30.4 grams, Full Width 46.09mm, Minimum Width 45.06mm, Full Height 5.01mm
  • Girago and Gryph are both mostly symmetrical, multi-section designs
