About This Part
Zirago, called Girago in Japan, is one of the few mostly symmetrical Chrome Wheels in the Synchrome System, built around two armoured Qilin dragon heads circling its rim in a right-spin orientation, each with a fiery mane. Takara Tomy debuted it in Japan with the BBG-24 Beyblade Zero-G Ultimate Synchrom DX Set Attack & Balance Type, and Hasbro released it west as the SS-24 Starter Pack Thief Zirago WA130HF. At 31.8 grams and 47.58mm wide, it pairs hoofed legs beneath each dragon head that grip fiery spheres — one hollowed out so another wheel's insert can pass through — with the front legs and foreheads near those spheres forming its main contact points.
In Play
The community finds Girago has little use on top of a Synchrome beyond a substitute Attack pairing with Gryph, but it shines on the bottom in spin-stealing combos with Dragooon thanks to its low recoil and balanced weight spread; doubled with itself it becomes a premier Anti-Attack piece able to knock out Stamina customs while shrugging off rotational recoil, and it is also valued in E230 destabilizer builds that grind down an opponent's spin, making it a fixture in competitive Balance and Stamina customizations alike.
