Magnetic Needle Storm

Magnetic Needle Storm is Zeo Abyss's second special move for Flame Byxis 230WD: Byxis glows blue and manifests a phantom compass whose needle spins wildly, unleashing a magnetic blast strong enough to hurl an opponent's Beyblade into the sky, nullify their power, and injure bystanders — but the move demands 100% of Zeo's energy and leaves him fainting from exhaustion.

What to know

  • Used only once, in "The Final Countdown," once Zeo reached 100% arrangement, against Masamune Kadoya.
  • The blast broke Masamune's arm and launched him off the stage from the overload of power.
  • Zeo had tried and failed to use it earlier against Ryuga in "The Plot Thickens" because his arrangement wasn't complete.
  • Can nullify an opponent's power outright, not just deal damage.
