About This Part
Sagittario is a Wheel that Takara Tomy released for the Metal System, first appearing in Japan on August 9, 2008 with the BB-04 Starter Sagittario 145S. The piece is built as a round ring with two large crescent shapes forming the archer's bows, separated by open gaps. Even though it is built as a stamina piece, its weight sits concentrated near the rim, which in practice lets bladers use it to knock opposing tops out of the stadium.
In Play
Newer Fusion Wheels have left Sagittario behind for stamina combinations, and heavier attack pieces like Flash have made its smash-attack niche obsolete, so the community treats it as a collector's item rather than a tournament choice.
- Debuted in Japan on August 9, 2008 with the BB-04 Starter Sagittario 145S.
- Reissued under BB-03 and BB-07 product codes.
