About This Part
Gemios is a Takara Tomy Wheel released for the Metal System, first appearing in Japan with the BB-26 Booster Gemios DF145FS on January 22nd, 2009. Two smooth, thick wings make up its shape, each ending in a rounded, gently sloped tip, with one wing engraved '1' and paired with blue stickers and the other engraved '2' and paired with red ones. The gap separating the wings invites a fair amount of recoil into any hit it lands.
In Play
Early in a match, while spin speed is still high, its wings can land a decent Smash Attack, but the recoil from the gap between them strips away most of its Stamina and Defense, and its light, uneven build leaves it with little of either quality. Top Attack Wheels such as Screw, Lightning, Variares, Vulcan, Beat, and Blitz have long since outclassed it, and the community sees no reason to run it in a competitive setting.
