About This Part
A pointed metal tip gives Metal Sharp Core very little friction against the stadium floor, keeping a Beyblade planted near the centre with almost no movement. Weighing 4 grams, it arrived with Wyvern DJ as an improvement over the plastic Sharp Core, since the metal tip cuts down on friction wear and steadies a balance problem the earlier part suffered from.
In Play
It functions primarily as a survival part and is regarded by the community as a solid alternative when Wolborg MS's Bearing Core or Bearing Core 2 are not available, holding its own in a pairing of Advance Balancer and Circle Wide.
- Arrived with Wyvern DJ.
- Its design and function are compared to Metal Spike from the Metal Series, to Wedge from the Burst Series, and to Metal Needle from the X Series.
