About This Part
Wind is Takara Tomy's Light Wheel edition of the Storm Fusion Wheel, released under the Hybrid Wheel System in Japan on March 28, 2009 with Random Booster Light Vol. 1. Its printed line reads, "Three floating feathers drive home an attack," matching Storm's own three-winged design almost exactly aside from small cosmetic touches, and its plastic build cuts the weight down considerably.
In Play
That reduced weight leaves Wind prone to cracking under real battle use, so the community keeps it strictly as a collector's piece.
- Debuted in Japan on March 28, 2009 with Random Booster Light Vol. 1.
- Storm's Fusion Wheel mold was originally slated to carry over to Wind untouched, but designers adjusted the shape slightly after finding it too strong.
