About This Part

Destroyer Attack, sold in Japan as Perseus Attack Ver., is a Takara Tomy dual-spin Energy Ring sharing Destroyer's mode-change gimmick with the Gravity Fusion Wheel, rotating between "Counter Mode" and "Defense Mode." Where the standard release mixes three long and three short protrusions, the Attack variant replaces them with two sets of three short protrusions, leaving Gravity's exposed sections uncovered in both modes. It debuted in Japan on November 20, 2010 inside the BB-97 Beyblade Ultimate Custom Set Perseus Ver., and reached western markets in December 2011 as the BB-97A Ultimate Gravity Destroyer Attack 130F Starter Pack.

The community rates Destroyer Attack as highly aggressive and well matched to Gravity's attacking potential, though its reduced material limits it outside pure Attack combinations.
