About This Part
Magne Flat Base is the Blade Base bundled with Dragoon Victory, built for the Magnacore System with four wings jutting from its top for left-spin smash attacks. In practice the recoil it produces makes that offense negligible, and Customize Grip Base from Dragoon V2 outclasses it in two ways: it can carry a support part such as Fin Tector, and its tip can be swapped out. Both bases pair with a magnetic flat tip, but Dragoon V's version is plastic rather than rubber, trading the usual rubber gimmick for a magnetic one.
In Play
The plastic tip outlasts Dragoon V2's rubber equivalent, though the trade-off costs it speed, recoil control, and how well it handles a sliding shoot; built into a support-part smash-attack combination with Fin Tector and Triple Wing, it gains real punch and, being heavier, becomes slower but easier to control off a sliding shoot.
