About This Part
The Dragoon GT version of Instant Release is a 7-gram Engine Gear Blade Base that arrived with Dragoon GT in June 2003. It carries four large, flat protrusions resembling the Spike Dragon Attack Ring on Dragoon V2, and its clutch fires the Engine Gear the instant the match begins.
In Play
The protrusions offer some smash-attack power but generate enough recoil that a self-knockout is nearly as likely as knocking out the opponent, so competitive use tends to stay limited to one-hit-knockout setups; price and rarity aside, the community considers Dragoon GT's Attack Ring underrated and worth pursuing this base for.
