It was built as an improvement on Wolborg's original bearing-equipped base, spreading its weight around the outer rim and using a short shaft section that keeps a wide range of Spin Gear setups from scraping. Even after Customize Grip Base and Customize Bearing Base arrived with Support Part compatibility, it kept an edge in life after death that only the harder-to-use Spiral Change Base could beat.
