Description
Wolborg Ring Prevail-S was planned as a Stamina Type top for Hasbro's Burst System lineup, pairing a Wolborg Layer with a Ring Disc and a Prevail-S Driver. It was meant to ship in western markets as a SlingShock Starter Pack for about USD$9.99, but the release never happened for reasons that were never made public. It remains a canceled item rather than a genuine toy-store release.
