Rock Wolf H145B

Defense type Hybrid Wheel System
Spin
Right-Spin

Description

This Defense-type top was exclusive to Random Booster Vol. 3 Stardust Pegasis. Its face bolt carries the Lupus constellation, and the translucent yellow Wolf Energy Ring, cast here after an original brown run, shows four wolf-head lobes around the rim; the same ring later features in the Kreis Wolf 230WD Defense build. The Rock Fusion Wheel again gives away recoil for its weight, the reinforced Horn 145 track adds mid-height stability despite some floor scraping, and the Ball tip trades knockout resistance for stamina without needing Wide Ball's softened launch.

In play and in the story

Horn 145 sees occasional use in Attack and Defense combinations but is generally outclassed by lower-recoil alternatives, while the Ball tip remains a workable stand-in for Wide Ball when the wider part is not on hand.

  • Released exclusively through Random Booster Vol. 3 Stardust Pegasis.

Community testing, Sep. 01, 2013 — summarised

The competitive view

Rock's six-protrusion shape comes in three mould variants differing by cylinder count and weight, with the six-cylinder mould rated best for stamina; Rock is considered outclassed for defense next to wheels like Duo. H145's reinforced second mould added weight to cut breakage and recoil, and it pairs with Lightning in an attack combo. The beyblade is considered to have no purpose beyond collecting, since its usable Ball bottom is more easily found on Dark Bull.
