Ryuga battles with Lightning L-Drago 100HF in the Metal Fusion story, an Attack Type Hybrid Wheel System top pairing the L-Drago I face bolt and energy ring with the Lightning fusion wheel, a 100 spin track and a Hole Flat performance tip. Takara Tomy released it in Japan on July 18, 2009 for 1200円, and Hasbro followed in August 2010. In the manga it results from L-Drago 105F powering up through battle, later becoming its Supreme Dragon Version before evolving further into Meteo L-Drago LW105LF.
