Description
Galeon 2 carried Lee through his second Beyblade, a Balance combo made from a Galeon Bit Chip, a Howling Leo Attack Ring, a metal-weighted Neo Right Spin Gear and an SG Semi-Flat Base. Takara offered it as one of three prize tops inside Random Booster 9, printed in orange and green variants alongside the more common black. It follows on from the original Galeon and, in the manga, is itself carried forward by Galeon MS.

Parts in detail
One of three prize Beyblades from Random Booster 9 (alongside Trygator and Trygle 2), issued in Black (the prize color for this particular release), Jungle Green, and Orange Sunshine; non-prize colors ship with an alternate Blade Base mold (SG Flat Base or SG Sharp Base) instead of the standard SG Semi-Flat Base. A widely repeated 'Galeon 2 G' Engine Gear version is a fan fabrication that originated on the published recorda — no period product listing confirms it ever existed; the anime's version of Galeon 2 instead used an unplated Wide Attack, Right Engine Gear (Metal Semi-Flat), and Knight Driger's First Clutch Base (Metal Driger Version).
| Slot | Part | Weight | Spin | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Attack Ring | Howling Leo | 3.6 g | Right and Left (both weak) | A small, backward-angled ring that lacks well-exposed contact points in either spin direction, giving it too much recoil for stamina/defense/compact use and too little power for offense; rated not worth using in either direction. |
| Weight Disk | Random | — | Ships with one of several possible weight disks at random rather than a fixed stock part: Star Attack, Revolver Attack, Ten Heavy, Ten Balance, or Ten Wide. | |
| Spin Gear | Neo Right SG (Metal Weight Version) | 1.15 per shell (2.3 total) / 2.5 (Metal Weight Core) g | Right | The same broadly compatible Neo shell and unremarkable-but-serviceable Metal Weight Core used across several Beyblades in this batch. |
| Blade Base | SG Semi-Flat Base (alternates: SG Flat Base / SG Sharp Base on non-prize colors) | 4.7 g | The standard SG Semi-Flat Base, predictable and outclassed for attack/defense/survival but competitive for compacts; non-prize color Random Booster releases substitute a different Blade Base mold entirely. |
Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.
