In play and in the story
The Bull Wheel was once seen as a top offensive choice until Quetzalcoatl outclassed it despite a similar design; its Upper Attack slopes look promising but rarely translate to real hits, leaving it now overshadowed by most other Wheels except on mid-height Tracks. The D Bottom trades some stamina for better recovery from hits than a Sharp tip, though it is itself outclassed by SD, PD, WD and EWD in pure stamina.
