Twin Spire is a Special Move used by Gordo's Blizzard Orthrus. Orthrus breathes icy cold air onto the opponent, freezing it in place and sapping both its power and speed. It was used to freeze Tyson's Dragoon, though Dragoon eventually broke free of the ice thanks to its close bond with Tyson. The move was reportedly never attempted against Dunga's Vortex Ape.
