Odin

Biography

Odin leads the Dominators, a gang of BeyWheelers who attack Team Estrella during tryouts to claim sole rights to the sport. Formal, proud, and rule-bound despite his villainy, he insists on fair terms even for his climactic fight with Sho Tenma. After watching his teammates fall one by one, Odin faces Sho directly in a fierce final battle, loses, and acknowledges his opponent as worthy before leaving peacefully with the other reformed Dominators to join DREAM's headquarters.

Odin is tall and slim, with light skin and long, spiked ginger hair carrying two pointed red streaks above his forehead. His dark, ocean-blue eyes are wide-set with sharp pupils, and three small triangular marks are painted under his right eye. He favours a blue-and-gold colour scheme: a black shirt with a golden zipper sits under a navy blue jacket trimmed in gold with white highlights, and snow white trousers fold down over blue-black dress shoes. A silver necklace hung with a small, trident-shaped medallion completes the look, and he's typically pictured seated on a throne.

In the dub, Odin speaks with a broad Australian-style accent, flattening words like "battle" and "use" in his delivery. He rules as a formal, proud, and rather twisted authority figure, running the Dominators with an iron fist and reacting badly to any defiance, which puts him at constant odds with his second-in-command, Glen, though matters always end up going his way. He sticks closely to the rules and avoids unnecessary risk, doing only what's needed to secure a win, yet he isn't without honour, insisting on a fair, impartial battlefield when he faces Sho.
