NEO Left SG (NEOレフトスピンギア NEO Refuto Supingia) is a Spin Gear released as part of the Magnacore System, an upgrade over the plain Left SG. Its centre is hollowed out rather than fixed, so any compatible core — including the Magnecore — can be swapped in and out, giving left-spin setups more room to fine-tune weight and endurance. Gimmick Spin Gear Blade Bases are built solely for their own gear and cannot take this part, though a Beyblade built around a Gimmick Spin Gear can still reach the Magnacore System by fitting a Magnetic Weight Disk instead.
